Perhaps it is easier if our bridges are burnt for us. Finality, externally imposed. An announcement made - The End - to which we may succumb, mute. But take heed: Strike instead with the sure hand of the reckless. With four corners lit, watch the pyre burn. Do not run away. Do not flee on shameful heels with head bowed. Neither should you shout your victories from the rooftops. Do not be boastful, but name yourself master of your movements. Do not crawl from the battleground. Do not pity yourself. Discontinue your second-guessing. Be bold but also graceful, for consummatum est.
